As a VSD (Vehicle Sales Department) Admin at Toyota Zamboanga City, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Vehicle Sales Department. Your computer literacy, positive attitude, and good communication skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the department. This role involves administrative tasks, coordination, and customer interaction to contribute to the dealership’s sales and customer service objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sales-related documents and records.
- Ensure accurate and organized filing of customer and vehicle information.
- Help in the processing of sales-related paperwork, including vehicle registrations and financing documents.
- Interact with customers professionally and assist them with inquiries and information related to vehicle sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and forwarding them to the appropriate sales representatives or departments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient flow of information and paperwork.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and test drives for potential customers.
- Maintain communication with the finance and insurance departments to facilitate vehicle financing and insurance processes.
- Enter sales-related data into computer systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Generate reports as required by the Vehicle Sales Department and management.
