The Miscellaneous Financial Support Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the financial support services team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions outside of core accounting functions. This role plays a critical part in supporting various departments with financial documentation, compliance, and reporting while maintaining high standards of punctuality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership
- Supervise and guide the financial support team in performing their tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Toyota Zamboanga’s financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and provide updates.
- Transaction Monitoring:
- Oversee and validate various financial transactions, including reimbursements, petty cash disbursements, and internal budget tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial documentation to the Finance Department.
- Process Improvement:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Business-related course
- With supervisory experience
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
