Job Summary:
As a New Car Release Staff based in Zamboanga Sibugay, Ipil, you will be responsible for facilitating the release and delivery of new vehicles to customers. Your qualifications include being a resident in Ipil/Sibugay, a graduate of any 2-year course, possessing good communication skills both oral and written, being willing to work under pressure, and having a driver’s license with the ability to drive 4-wheel vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of new vehicles upon arrival from the manufacturer, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of vehicle documentation, including registration papers, warranty information, and sales contracts.
- Communicate with customers to schedule vehicle delivery appointments, providing them with necessary instructions and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with the detailing team to ensure that new vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, polished, and prepared for delivery to customers.
- Facilitate the smooth delivery process by coordinating with the sales team, finance department, and logistics personnel to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and vehicles are ready for handover.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the vehicle delivery process, addressing any customer concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle deliveries, including customer information, delivery dates, and vehicle specifications, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements.
