Job Summary:
As a Technician at Toyota Zamboanga, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automotive vehicles. Your qualifications include a graduate of a 4-year Automotive course, good communication skills (both oral and written), and proficiency in understanding and using various automotive tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify issues with automotive vehicles, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to pinpoint problems accurately.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks according to manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
- Replace or repair defective parts, components, and systems to restore vehicle functionality.
- Troubleshoot complex automotive problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Analyze symptoms and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues effectively.
- Apply technical knowledge and skills to perform tasks such as engine repair, brake system repair, suspension repair, and electrical system repair.
- Stay updated on new automotive technologies and advancements.
- Ensure that all repairs and maintenance work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct post-repair inspection to verify the effectiveness of repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
- Generate reports on work performed, including diagnosis findings and repair procedures.
- Interact with customers to understand vehicle issues and provide explanations of repair work performed.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries professionally and courteously.
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of a 4-year Automotive course.
