Job Summary:
As a VSD Admin Staff based in Zamboanga Sibugay, Ipil, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Vehicle Sales Department (VSD) of the dealership. Your qualifications include being a resident in Ipil/Sibugay, a graduate of any 4-year course, computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, possessing good communication skills both oral and written, and being willing to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Vehicles Sales Department, including document filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Handle incoming inquiries, calls, and emails from customers regarding vehicle sales, pricing, and availability, providing prompt and accurate information.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of vehicle sales transactions, customer contracts, and related paperwork, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with dealership policies.
- Coordinate with sales personnel and other departments to facilitate the processing of vehicle sales orders, including vehicle reservations, invoicing, and delivery scheduling.
- Assist in monitoring vehicle inventory levels, updating inventory records, and coordinating vehicle transfers between dealership locations as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and customer inquiries, providing insights and recommendations to improve departmental efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers, addressing their inquiries and assisting them in locating vehicles or connecting with sales representatives.
