Job Summary:
The Workshop Superintendent at Toyota Zamboanga is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that all automotive repairs and services are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. The Workshop Superintendent will lead the workshop team, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensure that all work is completed promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and workshop staff.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently.
- Provide training and development opportunities for workshop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that all repairs and services are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Implement and maintain workshop procedures and best practices to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage the workflow to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their trust and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of service and professionalism.
- Ensure all repairs and services meet the company’s quality standards and customer expectations.
